Thank you, Mrs. White, for letting us help with your decision as to how the final will be set up. The final sounds very fair and thank you so very much for giving us extra time in which to complete it. Finals week is so stressful and hectic...being able to complete one final exam early is a great blessing, and so is the extra credit multiple choice questions.

I agress the final sounds great. Thank you for giving us options about the questions and the fact we will be able to access the questions as many times as we please. The fact that its not going to be timed takes away a lot of stress as well. Thank you for being so understanding with the final and giving us extra credit!

Thanks for posting our details on the final... no matter how many times we talk about it... it's still overwhelming! I have really enjoyed our class, and I've gotten multiple different looks at numerous subject areas. I feel a little less uneasy about my student teaching in the fall (collaboration in a first grade class). I wish everyone the best on this final and on all of our other exams/projects/papers due in the next week!!

Mrs. White,
As everyone else has said, thanks for posting details on the final. I have been completely stressed out and actually just looked at my planner where I wrote myself a note to remember to post on the blog about the test. Well I am definitly too late for that, but I will say that the details on the test are exactly as I would have requested. Great minds think alike! Haha...I wanted to mention how neat it is to now understand the terms semantics, syntax, and pragmatics. Those words are the kind of words that you do not hear at all until you know what they mean, and then you hear them all the time! I love hearing the words and being able to mentally think about what the term means and how it can be related to the situation. Thanks for listening to our considerations on the test. I have not had a teacher take that much time to "listen" to their students yet. Usually teachers say "oh well."

so thanks!

I was pleased with this class, Mrs. White conveyed the material well for me to understand. I was a little apprehensive about this class in the beginning because i do not have a very strong English background.
Thanks Mrs. White

I'm glad that we get the 60 point final. Less questions and more point values make me nervous.
