Language and communication is at the heart of society. Learning how to use language to communicate wants and have needs met can be a complex task for many children. Our course will explore how language develops and the intricate challenges many children face who experience a variety of physical, emotional and cognitive difficulties.

HBOT
I found this website tonight and thought that some of you may be interested. It explains what HBOT does and how it works.
Thanks for sharing. I was also asking my dad about this after class last week because he is a doctor and he gave me a long detailed "doctorly" explanation on everything that i really didnt understand...sooo this site helped! i also wanted to mention that if anyone gets PEOPLE magazine, there is a great article on a girl that has cerebral palsy and is competes in beauty competitions. She just won Miss Iowa USA and will go on to compete for the Miss USA as the first competitor with any disability besides one hearing impaired yong woman in 1999. It is really interesting and is a further testiment to what high capibilities these individuals have. Her name is Abbey Curran, if anyone wants to look her up.
